Appointment Policy

You are very important to us at Bella Moore LTD.

Bella Moore always aims to provide premier customer service to all clients whilst ''bringing out the beauty in you'

All hair services require a deposit of £10 - £25 which will be deducted from the final price. Deposits is non-refundable unless rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours. However if an appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours you will lose your deposit.

If we are given 24 hours notice of a cancellation, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

As a courtesy, we do contact you to confirm the date and time of  your appointment.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you may have to miss your booked appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, if you do not call to reschedule your appointment you may be preventing other clients from receiving a service.


Conversely, a situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you in for an appointment, due to seemingly fully booked. If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours in advance you will lose your deposit. All deposits are non - refundable

Scheduled appointments:

We understand that there might be delays that are unavoidable, however to ensure we keep to other appointments we will have to reschedule your booking if you are 20 minutes past your scheduled time.

 

Terms and Conditions

LATE SERVICE AVAILABLE:

Bella Moore offers a late appointment booking slot at 8PM upon request where an additional £15 will be added on to your final balance. If you require this service email bellamoorestyles@gmail.com for further assistance. 

 

 

WIG/CUSTOM COLOUR SERVICE:

Your hair is required 5 DAYS before your appointment any later will result in a late fee of £15. Please note that a minimum of THREE bundles are used for each unit and when purchasing long lengths unless the wefts are thick it would be best to use four for fullness which will be an additional £10 if using FOUR bundles.

 

CUSTOM WIG INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW WHEN SENDING YOUR HAIR

Please include the following on paper inside packaging:

  • First/Second Name

  • Date/Time of Appointment

  • Head circumference, front of the head to the nape, ear to ear, (in inches) measurements. If you have your own cap preferences please let me know.

  • Contact Number

 

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled

 

ADDITIONAL WIG/WEAVE SERVICES

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you make your booking through email.

Next Day Delivery . (Next working day excluding Saturdays)* - £9.99

 

International Shipping (7 - 14 working days)* - £19.99

 

Saturday Guaranteed Next Day (Next day including Saturday, excluding Sunday)* - £14.99

 

*All Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 3pm latest to be eligible for this service. Orders placed after 3pm for Next Day will be processed the next working day*

 

Please note: Larger Packages will be liable to pay an additional fee 

All products supplied by Bella Moore including wigs and bundles are non - refundable. If an item(s) is damaged please contact the salon via email to report the damage along with supporting evidence. A member of the team will look into the case to determine the best solution, an option will be given to the client either a replacement of the same product(s) or a Bella Moore credit note. Please note the shipping fee must be covered by the client if the replacement option is desired. Please allow up to 5 working days for your enquiry to be resolved. ​
