Service Description

This service includes: - Wash & Condition - Blowdry - Straighten *Wigs must be dropped to the salon 5 days before your appointment date. If the wig is dropped later than 5 days an additional fee of £25 will be applied to your final price* If you would like any additional service such as curling, dying, cutting etc please leave your request in the comment box upon booking. However if you still require further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you may have to miss your booked appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to reschedule your appointment you may be preventing another client from getting a hair service. Conversely, a situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you in for an appointment, due to seemingly fully booked. If an appointment is not rescheduled 48 hours in advance you will lose your deposit. All deposits are non refundable Scheduled appointments: We understand that delays may happen however we must try to keep the other clients on time. If a client is 20 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
